Since Carson was really little one of his favorite places to go was "the fishy store". That means Outdoor World. The one by us has two enormous fish tanks and ducks so it is great free fun for kids. Carl wanted to go look at tents Saturday so off to the fishy store we went. This was Max's first trip since he is old enough to look around and take in the sights. Carson played tour guide and showed him around.
Tent shopping was born from Friday's activities. Carl went out and bought an enormous tent because ours was super old and getting holes. He didn't realize how big and time-consuming it would be. Friday night he was excited to come home and show it to Carson. They decided the best idea would be to set it up in the backyard and camp out there that night. Most of the fun came in all the time trying to get the thing set up. But alas, Saturday the tent went back to the store. The hunt continues.
